Entry conditions and course of event

• The OGame winter event starts on the 27.12.2011 at 3 pm (GMT+1) and finishes on the 11.01.2012 at 3 pm (GMT+1) and will be carried out by:

• The general OGame rules apply [RULES] . Above all, multi accounting and account sharing are prohibited and lead to disqualification from the competition.
• Participation does not require the purchase of 'Dark Matter' or any other products. The game server will be closed at the end of the event. Any remaining amount of optionally purchased 'Dark Matter' can therefore not be transferred onto other game rounds. This also applies to any other virtual items.
• Employees from the Gameforge group as well as players whose OGame accounts were/are banned during the participation period are excluded from the competition.
• Users that get into the top 10 of the total highscore, will receive the following prizes:
First prize: 1x Apple iPad 2 (Wifi/16GB);
Second prize: 1x Logitech G110 gaming keyboard;
Third prize: 1x Logitech G9 laser gaming mouse;
Fourth prize: 1x €50.00 Amazon voucher;
Fifth prize: 1x €30.00 Amazon voucher;
Sixth prize: 1x €25.00 OGame voucher (for Dark Matter, expiry date 30.06.2012);
Seventh and eighth prize: 1x €10.00 OGame voucher (for Dark Matter, expiry date 30.06.2012);
Ninth and tenth prize: 1x €6.00 OGame voucher (for Dark Matter, expiry date 30.06.2012).

Users that get a place in the top 3 of the honour point highscore, will receive the following prizes:
First prize: 1x €30.00 Amazon voucher as well as a signed poster and 1 OGame t-shirt;
Second prize: 1x €10.00 OGame voucher (for Dark Matter, expiry date 30.06.2012);
Third prize: 1 signed poster.

Additionally all participants will have the chance to win Amazon vouchers, OGame vouchers and fan merchandise. Winners will be notified via email at the end of the event. A valid address is required for shipping the prizes. Collection, storage and use of this data will solely be used to send out prizes. Data will not be passed onto third parties.
• No one is entitled to a win and the judges' decision is final. The winner will be decided at the organiser's sole discretion. An equivalent cash payment, equivalent material assets or swap and/or prize transfer is not possible.
